You can track up to 25 consignments at a time. All you need to do is type in each Waybill number on a separate line and click on GO to see the status. The status of your shipment is available for a period of 45 days from the date of booking.

NotifyME is a feature that integrates WebTrack with e-mail. Specifically targeted at users who have access to e-mail but stay away from websites. All you need to do is send a plain text e-mail to notifyme@unitedparcelservicesltd.com with the Way Bill Number typed on the body of the e-mail. If you want notification for multiple consignments, type each Way Bill Number on a separate line. You will automatically receive the status update upon delivery of the consignment(s).

MailTrack In case you need to know the current status of the shipment you only have to send a mail to mailtrack@unitedparcelservicesltd.com with Single or Multiple Waybill numbers in the text of the mail, but each number must appear on a separate line. Within minutes, you will receive an automated reply giving you the current status update of the consignment(s).
